The KIND Guide is a printed guide, in English, that comes with every box.

It tells the story behind the box: the wish it was made around, why each product was chosen and how they work together. A QR code leads to the Spotify playlist, and the Guide ends with a few ideas for spending the moment.

It's there for inspiration only: they choose the time, the pace and what to enjoy, together or one thing at a time.

Yes. Every KIND box is thoughtfully packed and ready to give.

It comes with the products, the printed KIND Guide and, if you add one, your personal message.

Yes. Add it on the product page, in the “Add a personal message” field, before you add the box to your cart.

Your message can be up to 100 characters. We'll handwrite it on a card and include it in the box.

Yes, if you order in time. Order by 18 December for delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, or by 16 December for Germany, and your gift is delivered by 23 December.

We ship to 24 European countries with standard delivery.

Free shipping in the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days. To Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg it costs €4.98 (2–3 business days). To the other EU countries we serve it costs €9.98 (5–8 business days). See the full country list on Shipping & Returns.

Yes. If the gift doesn't feel quite right, you can return it until the end of 2026, no reason needed. We cover the return shipping. This is our Satisfaction Guarantee.

To start a return, fill in the return form at the bottom of Shipping & Returns with your order number and email. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, get in touch and we'll make it right.

Yes, until we ship it. We usually ship within one business day, so let us know as soon as possible.

Yes. Select Local pickup at checkout. Pickup is at Rijnlandlaan 277, Amsterdam.
