Christmas Delivery Guarantee
Order by 18 December (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) or by 16 December (Germany) and your gift is delivered by 23 December. We ship every order within one business day. If your gift arrives after 23 December, we refund your order in full, including delivery, and you keep the box. Just email together@kindcommunity.eu. The guarantee doesn't cover local pickup, or orders that can't be delivered because the address is incorrect or nobody is there to receive the parcel.
We'll be a little sad to see it go.
But we completely understand! If the gift doesn’t feel quite right, you can return it until the end of 2026 and get a refund. No reason needed. We cover the return shipping. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch with us and we’ll make it right.
